"Your quote: Bologna! "Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Get Coverage You Can Trust. Compare and Save Now. Whatever Your Needs Are State Farm has you Covered. UPDATE: State Farm requested multiple items for claims processing including contact names, numbers and addresses of a few people, phone records for April and May, credit card statements, bank statements, contents list and current values, proof that she went to Florida and where she stayed along with rental agreement for beach home and more. All of this information was not only emailed to the claims adjuster as requested (originally stated he only received a couple of listed items although there were automatic responses), over 100 printed pages, items uploaded on a thumb drive and hand delivered to Jordan Wiggins - State Farm Agent. One person retrieved the thumb drive from the agent and was supposed to get it to the claims adjuster. That allegedly did not happen. The claims adjuster left her a voicemail this evening stating this claim should be moving forward “pretty darn soon”. So, to sum up this update….State Farm has not issued any form of compensation to Jennifer and her home and vehicle burned to the ground nearly SEVEN WEEKS AGO! She has not received one cent. She is about to have to make her SECOND mortgage note since house fire, for a home that no longer exists. Jennifer has a HUGE support system that has stood behind her this during this traumatic event. And she is eternally grateful for the donations, words of encouragement and most of all, the prayers. I have been granted permission to post photos of what was left of her home and vehicle. I had taken these photos beginning Friday, May 17th, 2024. It was incredibly sad to see barstools still sitting where the island used to be. We had many great nights visiting with friends and family right there at that island. #shewillrisestrongerfromtheashes #justice4jencop I am typically not the type of person to share negative reviews of a company on social media, but wow…State Farm …. One of my closest friends lost her new home and vehicle in a terrible house fire and the claims adjuster has not reached out for housing assistance or anything. Very disheartening!
